Nova Bella is led by Jennifer Beyers and Ioana Qureshi, the founders of Rare Bird Beauties, who have spent over a decade producing more than 500 weddings per year across Chicago and beyond. Alongside the experienced Rare Bird Beauties office team, they oversee every aspect of Nova Bella’s operations.
